Are you an existing Q-Pulse user who really believes in the advantages the new Q-Pulse can bring to you and to other organisations? The role of Professional Services Consultant is customer facing and vitally important and it will prove to be both demanding and challenging. After all, the person who accepts the role will hold ultimate responsibility for ensuring that our client companies are delighted with the outcomes of their investment in our products and services. Working closely with our Account Management team and our client companies, your prime objective is to truly investigate and understand what our customers are hoping to achieve. From this review, realistic targets will be set, in conjunction with the client, to deliver improvements in performance. You will then be responsible for determining the service offerings and Q-Pulse configuration changes required to reach the set targets. The second phase will involve assisting with the required Q-Pulse configuration changes. After this, you will then be involved in appropriate Administration and End User training. The final phase will be the ongoing review of customer performance against targets and working together with the client to produce an Action plan to overcome any obstacles.
